ManagementAdd Asset Tags
Add tags to an asset (additive — does not replace the existing tag set).
Args:
- asset_id: required
- tags: required — array of tag names to add
- team_id, project_id: required for OAuth callers
Returns: the updated tag state from the API.
Example: "Tag this asset with 'hero'" -> asset_id="asset_xxx", tags=["hero"]
